IS IT RESPONSIBLE TO TRAVEL TO NEPAL NOW?

IT CAN BE. You do have to adapt to the NEW NORMAL. Nepal is opening up with a new way to travel, borne out of the pan demic. As a traveller, if you respect the local guidelines and travel considerately and are flexible to changing scenaries as is the norm now, travel can be quite responsible.
