Gobardhan Basnet [GOBS] is the founder of Trek Nepal. He started off life as a trekking guide and worked his way up to the senior manager of trekking operations for one of Nepal's largest adventure companies. Starting life as a guide and working his way up to the senior manager of trekking operations for one of Nepal's largest adventure companies, Gobardhan founded Trek Nepal with his long time colleague Resham Lama. He is an extremely experienced person in the field of adventure travel and management. He has traveled widely within Nepal and outside Nepal.

Prakash Lamichhane With strong foothold in the area of finance management. Experienced in service industry and travel management for more than a decade in both Nepal & Overseas, done MBS (Master In business studies) From Tribhuvan University & Active member Of ECCA (Environmental camps for conservation awareness) where he has conducted many out door camps with foreigner students & locals as well.

Resham Lama has spent more than 14 years in the adventure travel trade and tourism industry. He has led treks and expeditions all over Nepal. From small beginnings he eventually held the position of senior trek leader at Himalayan Encounters. Running treks and expeditions for other people for 9 years gets you thinking about all the ways that you can improve the product and the experience of your adventures. He brings to Trek Nepal wholesome experience, safety, and his much acclaimed culinary expertise.

Laxman Karki has led countless treks and expeditions throughout Nepal and Tibet. His career in tourism industry started in 1993 as an assistant trek guide. He has completed rock-climbing courses and loves high altitude running. He gained his proficiency training from the Ministry of Tourism Nepal as a professional trek leader.

Gopal Magar is native of the Kathmandu valley. He has widely travel within Nepal, Tibet and India leading treks and expeditions and loves climbing peaks. He is very interested in wild animal and environmental studies. He is actively involved with some of the environmental organizations in Nepal.

Bharat K.C comes from the heart Annapurna Region, Parje village. He knows the area well including the people, culture, lifestyle, flora and fauna. He has widely travel within Nepal leading treks and expeditions and loves climbing peaks. He holds his proficiency training from the government of Nepal for his profession. He is keenly interested in wild animal and environmental studies. He has contributed a lot of time to protecting the culturally and environmentally fragile areas of Annapurna Region and assisted with Annapurna Conservation Area Project.

Bishnu hails from Solukhumbu by the Mt. Everest Region. He has spentmore then 6 years leading high altitude treks in Nepal. He is a genuine and knowledgeable person of in the tourism field. He has a great respect for eco-tourism and the general welfare of Nepal. Besides leading treks he enjoys exploring new areas for adventure treks and expeditions.

Tashi Sherpa hails from Khumjung village (above Namche Bazaar) of Solukhumbu, by the Mt. Everest Region. He has trekked both in Nepal and in Tibet widely. He speaks Tibetan fluently and has climbed several mountains below 7000m.

Phatta Khatri comes from the heart Annapurna Region. He knows the area well including the people, culture, lifestyle, flora and fauna. He holds his proficiency training from the government of Nepal for his profession. He is a natural leader.
