Namaste and welcome to the Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal.
With the Kathmandu valley as its centre, the Nepal Mandala stretches out in all directions, covering some of the most varied and astounding terrain on earth. Raft down glacial rivers pummelling through jungle covered canyons. Skim the highest peaks in the world on daily mountain flights. Trek on trails passing villages where the gold and green of mustard and paddy paint the terraced landscape past serene villages and gleaming turquoise lakes.

Whether your interest is adventurous or cultural, Nepal will satisfy all its visitors with a wide range of exciting experiences. Trek Nepal Int’l. is an owner-operated company of qualified and experienced outdoor professionals. Our team members were born and grew up in the Himalayan mountain region of Nepal and have intimate knowledge of the terrain, the people, and the cultures. We provide a memorable and safe experience. We follow a social philosophy that seeks to be responsible to the society and the environment in which we work. We provide equal opportunities for employees, especially for women, to come into mainstream business and economy. Our guides have respect for the natural environment. With our solid experience and international reputation for leading the way in adventure travel, we set out on exciting but safe, independent and fully supported group wilderness treks and expeditions.

After many years working with one of Nepal's largest outfitters and seeing the effect that tourism can have, we have developed ways to protect nature. We carry out all of our rubbish. Our cooking is done over adapted gas or kerosene stoves, never firewood. We urge our clients to bring warm clothes for evening, as we do not believe in campfires. Nepal is rugged and beautiful but also ecologically and culturally fragile. Trek Nepal is committed to responsible travel.

Fully Supported Camping Treks>>
In a fully supported trek, we supply all the necessary support and equipment. We make all the arrangements, including ground transportation and an orientation talk before departure.

Adventure Equipment & Sleeping Accommodation
We provide all the outdoor gear needed to enjoy the comforts of home while experiencing the sanctity of the Himalayas: two-person insulated tents, sleeping mattresses, dining tent, tables and chairs, lanterns, toilet tents, and comprehensive first aid kits.

Dining……
You can expect delicious cuisine throughout your adventure. Food will be prepared freshly and hygienically to maximize and maintain health and energy levels. We serve hearty breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with stops for snacks to revive your energy along the way. We promise, you won’t go hungry!

Questions & Concerns….
We provide a full staff including a trek leader, assistant guides, cook, kitchen staff, and porters who carry all gear. We provide you with information about the environment, culture, wildlife, flora and fauna. We address your personal questions and concerns and work together to accommodate needs, overcome obstacles, and enjoy the outdoors.

Independent tea-house treks>>
For the budget trekker, carrying your own pack and stopping at tea-house is a fun way to explore the country. Everest, Annapurna, Langtang & Helambu circuits have plenty of teahouses to accommodate you. We can assist in planning the perfect holiday itinerary to get most out of your time and budget.

Do I need a guide?
No matter how experienced you are in outdoor environments it is important to have an orientation to a new area. Ignorance costs lives. A qualified guide is a minimum safety requirement and can also enhance your enjoyment and understanding of the region as they double as companion and interpreter.

Environmental concerns
Use iodine treated drinking water instead of boiled or bottled, cook over kerosene, shower only in solar heated water and carry out all the rubbish that you use. Trek only with environmentally responsible companies.

Time & duration
Seek out impartial advice about how long the trek should take, bearing in mind heat and terrain. Beware of trekking agencies and companies (or your travel companions) telling you can do it in less. On longer high altitude treks, allow for rest and altitude acclimatization days.
