This itinerary lets the entire family enjoy and experience Nepal. We have created this tour especially for families looking to visit Nepal; making sure that every place visited will be appealing for both children and adults. The combination of Kathmandu’s mesmerizing Durbar squares and bustling traffic, fascinating Nepali towns, a short trek in the Annapurna region – which brings us close to stunning snow-clad peaks, and wild life spotting in the Chitwan National Park, all make this pleasurable tour that the entire family can cherish for a lifetime.
Day 01 - Arrive in Kathmandu. You will be met by a Trek Nepal representative and transferred to your hotel. There will be a full tour briefing in the evening.
Day 02 - Full day sightseeing around Kathmandu (Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur Durbarsquares)
Day 03 - After breakfast in Kathmandu we drive to Bandipur (5hrs).
Day 04 - View a magnificent sunrise over the Manaslu, Annapurna & Dhaulagiri Himalayan Ranges. We have breakfast and then drive to Pokhara (2hrs). Rest of the day is free to explore Pokhara.
Day 05 - Drive to Kande (1hr) and then hike to Australian Camp Alt. 1,980m (1 ½ hrs)
Day 06 - Hike down to Naudada (2 ½ hrs) and then drive back to Pokhara for a late lunch (1hr)
Day 07 - After breakfast drive to Tansen (3 ½ hrs). Afternoon free to explore the city.
Day 08 - Morning visit to temples of the old town and then drive to Lumbini (3hrs), exploration day around Lumbini - Lord Buddha’s Birthplace.
Day 09/10 - After breakfast, drive to Chitwan (2hrs). Jungle safari 3 days & 2 Nights.
Day 11 - Morning Bird watching, breakfast in the hotel and then drive to Bharatpur to fly back to Kathmandu (15mins flight)

Cost Includes:

  • International & domestic airport transfers as per the itinerary.
  • Internal transport and flight within Nepal as per the itinerary.
  • 3 meals a day while trekking (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) as indicated by the itinerary.
  • Accommodation while trekking in twin sharing basis tents or local lodges / guesthouses.
  • All trekking and climbing related permit & fees.
  • Professional English speaking guides and porters.

Cost Excludes:

  • International air fare to/ from Nepal.
  • Lunch and dinner prior to the trek, please allow US$ 20 per day.
  • Meals at airports and whilst in Kathmandu/ Pokhara - allow $20 per day.
  • Entry Visa fees - at present $25 for 15 day, US$ 40 for 30 day, and US$ 100 for three month visa on entry into Nepal.
  • Insurance which covers, medical, emergency evacuation, lost, theft expenses.
  • Drinks: both alcoholic and bottled other than sterilized drinking water.
  • Laundry fees.
  • All foods and beverages other than on the itinerary. 
  • Personal gear and expenses.
  • Tips and gratitude provided to staff.
