Trekking in Bhutan is unlike anywhere else in the Himalayas. The walks can be long and arduous, but they reward you with crystal air and views that defy description. We feature here below one of the most popular trails.

Day 01 - Fly to paro. On arrival, meet and transfer to hotel. o/nt at Htl.
Day 02 - PARO: full day local sightseeing tour. O/nt Htl.
Day 03 - Trek to Shana (2757m.). CAMP.
Day 04 - Trek Shana to Soi Thangthangkha (3446m.).CAMP.
Day 05 - Trek Soi Thangthangkha to Jangothang (4040m.) CAMP.
Day 06 - Trek Lingshi to Shodu (3936m.).CAMP.
Day 07 - Trek Lingshi to Shodu (3936m.).CAMP.
Day 08 - Trek Shodu to Dolam Kencho (3628m.).CAMP.
Day 09 - Trek Dolam Kencho to Dodinanad and proceed to Thimpu. O/nt at Htl.
Day 10 - Thimpu Local sightseeing tour. PM proceed to Paro on/t hotel
Day 11 - Drive to Airport for onwards flight.

Cost Includes:

  • International & domestic airport transfers as per the itinerary.
  • Internal transport and flight within Nepal as per the itinerary.
  • 3 meals a day while trekking (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) as indicated by the itinerary.
  • Accommodation while trekking in twin sharing basis tents or local lodges / guesthouses.
  • All trekking and climbing related permit & fees.
  • Professional English speaking guides and porters.

Cost Excludes:

  • International air fare to/ from Nepal.
  • Lunch and dinner prior to the trek, please allow US$ 20 per day.
  • Meals at airports and whilst in Kathmandu/ Pokhara - allow $20 per day.
  • Entry Visa fees - at present $25 for 15 day, US$ 40 for 30 day, and US$ 100 for three month visa on entry into Nepal.
  • Insurance which covers, medical, emergency evacuation, lost, theft expenses.
  • Drinks: both alcoholic and bottled other than sterilized drinking water.
  • Laundry fees.
  • All foods and beverages other than on the itinerary. 
  • Personal gear and expenses.
  • Tips and gratitude provided to staff.
