Nar Phu valley trek is newly opened trekking destination (since 2003) located at Annapurna region. Nar Phu Valley trek is perfect for travelers who want to discover the Annapurna circuit as well as explore an untouched valley. The Nar Phu valley remains untouched by modernity. The local inhabitants, who roughly comprise of about 350 Nepalese Tibetans, have retained their age old practices. Most of them are engaged in yak herding and farming. Narphu valley trek up to Nar and Phu combines high peaks and passes, glaciers, remote villages, narrow canyons, lovely forests, amazing rock formations, yaks, gompas and unique Himalayan cultures. The Phu is the most beautiful medieval village where you can learn the real life styles of Bhote communities enjoy and have a pleasure of the fabulous and typical landscape of the valley. Nar Phu valley trekking trail is probably the best as it has very limited amounts of tourists in all of the other Annapurna trekking routes.

Cost Includes:

  • International & domestic airport transfers as per the itinerary.
  • Internal transport and flight within Nepal as per the itinerary.
  • 3 meals a day while trekking (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) as indicated by the itinerary.
  • Accommodation while trekking in twin sharing basis tents or local lodges / guesthouses.
  • All trekking and climbing related permit & fees.
  • English speaking, professional guides and porters.

Cost Excludes:

  • International air fare to/ from Nepal.
  • Lunch and dinner prior to the trek, please allow US$ 20 per day.
  • Meals at airports and whilst in Kathmandu/ Pokhara - allow $20 per day.
  • Entry Visa fees - at present $25 for 15 day & US$ 40 for 30 day visa on entry in Nepal.
  • Insurance which covers, medical, emergency evacuation, lost, theft expenses.
  • Drinks; both alcoholic and bottled other than sterilized drinking water.
  • Laundry fee.
  • All the foods and beverages other than the itinerary. 
  • Personal gears and expenses.
  • Tips and gratitude provided to staffs.
