Difficulty:

Challenging trekking to altitudes predominantly above 4,000 m/13,000 ft. with excursions and pass crossings between 5,000 m/16,000 ft and 6000 m/19,200 ft. Pre-trek training is essential. You need to be very fit for these tours, be familiar with mountain walking, be capable of carrying a backpack, and possess a fair degree of stamina.

Mt. Everest, called Mount Qumulangma in Tibetan Language, is the highest peak of the Earth and probably the most coveted mountain in adventurous travelers’ eyes.  Journey to Mt. Everest Base Camp is a both physical as well as psychological challenge to you, but it will definitely reward you with the most unparalleled views – a panorama of Himalayan peaks - and never-forgotten beautiful memories.  With our experienced local Tibetan tour guide, you will be well taken care and have a better insight into the Himalayan environment and local culture, delight yourself with more spectacular mountain views, lush forested valleys, and opportunities to learn about the Tibetan religion. Trekking to Mt. Everest region from Tibet side, you can choose either stop at Rongbuk Monastery or at Mt. Everest Base Camp, if not for mountaineers.

Cost Excludes:

  • International air fare to/ from Nepal.
  • Lunch and dinner prior to the trek, please allow US$ 20 per day.
  • Meals at airports and whilst in Kathmandu/ Pokhara - allow $20 per day.
  • Entry Visa fees - at present $25 for 15 day & US$ 40 for 30 day visa on entry in Nepal.
  • Insurance which covers, medical, emergency evacuation, lost, theft expenses.
  • Drinks; both alcoholic and bottled other than sterilized drinking water.
  • Laundry fee.
  • All the foods and beverages other than the itinerary. 
  • Personal gears and expenses.
  • Tips and gratitude provided to staffs.
